Division, started with strategic planning, management & internal control
of EDP/IT function for 1991Census. During 1992-94,
worked as the National Project Director
for a UNFPA Project. Was also
involved with IT infrastructure planning for national rollout of Citizen ID Card
project, and as the Nodal Officer-in-charge for the ID Card production
centre at
Was deputed to UNFPA Afghanistan as International Census EDP Specialist for 3 months in 2007. On return, have been involved with the recently started activity of 2011 Census IT Strategy/Technology planning.

Was responsible as Project leader for various IT/Management Consultancy projects. As an internal management consulting assignment, I was the core member of a “Management Systems Group” for study and analysis
