| Wilbur's Story | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| When Wilbur was born the vet told me there could be a possibility that he would be deaf. And as it turned out, he was. Which made me want to keep him even more! Several people came to look at Wilbur when he was little. and several people wanted to take him home. But, Wilbur's home was with me. I could not part with this special puppy! |

| Even though Wilbur is white he still carries the same traits as colored boxers do. He is full of personality! |

| With Wilbur being deaf, I think his other senses are quite strong. Especially his nose! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| He loves FOOD! Any kind of food! But his favorites are pizza and spaghetti! He does a funny llittle dance and does flips in the air when he spots the pizza delivery man pull up in front of the house. We never have to worry about getting the dishes clean with this guy around! |

| Wilbur loves to go outside! He loves to play with the ball and enjoys a nice romp in the yard with the rest of the boxers. |

| Since Wilbur is deaf, the outdoors is sometimes a scary place, he cannot hear if danger is approaching. We are sure to keep a watchful eye on him at all times. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Wilbur, Lady , Breeze and Waldo have all gone to Rainbow Bridge 's and will be dearly missed. May God nuture and love them daily as we did. Someday we shall meet again in heaven. |
