Proclamation of Confederate History and Heritage Month

    We, the undersigned, want the month of April as Confederate History and Heritage Month.  We ask that Governor James Gilmore III sign the Proclamation in honor of those  brave sons of Virginia who defended their state and homes during the War Between the States.
