GENERIC MEETING DISCUSSION

Next Meetings: Thursday  11/16/00 7-9 PM

The plan is to pick development pairs for iteration 1 and divide up
user stories between pairs at the next meeting.

We decided that iterations of 3 weeks would be best for the project.

USER STORIES ISSUES & ESTIMATION
--------------------------------

As always, questions and issues about user stories were brought up.  
Issues are estimation, story content, and priority were brought up
and appropriate changes were made.

- Two user stories were merged into one because they were very
  similar to each other.

- Remaining user stories not estimated were estimated.

RELEASE PLAN
------------

A release plan was formed detailing an approximate release plan for the
product.  The release plan can be found at

Dates for each release will be determined at the next meeting. 

Angela Thelen will draw a PERT chart that will give us a good indication of what 
parts of the gradebook program must be done before others.  This helped
us plan the release plan and will continue to help us divide up user stories
into appropriate iterations.

ITERATIONS
----------

We (customer and developers) decided on having three week iterations 
instead of four.

We (customer and developers) selected user stories to be implemented during 
iterations 1 & 2 based on priority and current need.
