Today we met to complete assignment number 1. We defined exactly what each of our roles in the project would be (listed below). We also determined in more detail how we would keep track of our progress on the web page (listed below).

How we will prove we did XP:

The following documents will be at the website:

- Each member of our group will edit their own personal timesheets to
indicate when/what they did.

- Meetings minutes

- E-mail & ICQ communication between members (i.e. between tester and
customer)

- User Stories from the customer

- What the Coach did to make sure we kept up with XP & are on task (i.e.
e-mail, ICQ messages)

- Whatever measurements the tracker has taken to see how progress is
coming along.

- test cases

- all relevant documents related to hte project...
