Today we met to become acquainted and begin initial work on the project.

We confirmed that we are using XP for this project, and agreed to spend the next week learning sufficient information about XP to begin the planning stages.

We decided that the best way to keep track of our time and show that we were following the XP process was to keep a journal on the project web page indicating when we met and programmed and what we did.
