| I'm Brenda, a very proud Marine Mom. My son means the world to me. When a son or daughter grows up, moves out, and takes their place in the world, it isn't easy for a mother to let go. And when they move far from home, it is even more difficult. The challenge really gets interesting when they become United States Marines. No longer can I just see him when I want to, or talk to him when ever I please. I see how we take simple things for granted. I am so proud of my Marine son. But as my family and friends will attest to, some days are very emotional. I joined support groups for families of Marines and they have really been my lifesavers. I have made some very special friends through these groups. We all have a very common bond...We Miss Our Marines...so in dedication to my son, and all Marines around the world, and their loved ones...please accept our invitation to see just what we share about our Marines. |
