Silver Sand

There is a magical beach
of silver sand
on the mystic isle
of Calderand.

It is hidden
and guarded well
by the ogre
of Falsadell.

It is said
the sands can heal,
but no one knows
it's a mystery still.

The ancient ones
spoke of it long ago.
About how it healed
fair Serenity and her beau.

Many have searched
high and low.
I believe
we may never know.

If there really is
in this land,
a magical beach
of silver sand.

Lullabies in the Breeze

Lullabies in the breeze,
rustling though the trees.
Creating music in the air.
It comes from everywhere.

In the darkness of the night
where fireflies take flight.
Swaying to the sound
that's floating all around.

Lulling me into a deep,
enchanting sleep.
And to the land of dreams,
where unicorns dance by steams.

Fairies and pixies at play
with the imps of Emerald Bay.
Flying on dragon's wing,
long into the spring.

The wonderment's of my mind,
childlike, innocent, and kind.
In the form of lullabies
and childhood sighs.

A Gift, so Rare

Fairies folic on the edge
of my garden, by the hedge.
Between their world and ours.
I've been watching them for hours.

They come to dance and play
among the roses, a beautiful array.
Going from flower to flower
they have a wonderful power.

To mesmerize and allure,
they are precious and pure.
Giving to me a gift, so rare
of love and friendship, they share.
