ELF HISTORY OF LYNEDYLL:

In the before time when only the gods where in the universe. They wielded their great powers. Each was different, some controlled the elements, other strong, some wise.

Eventually alliances began to form between the gods. Out of this two fractions arose, the Benicor and the Saloth. The Benicor used their powers wisely. They created a land lush, green and beautiful. They also created the vessels of the first beings with thought and care.

The Saloth became jealous and began creating their own beings but moved quickly and without care. Their beings were of little potential. So, mankind was born.

Eventually the gods battled and much blood was shed. Finally the Saloth was defeated and fled in shame to the darkness. The Benicor gathered the blood of the gods, which was spilt and mixed it with the soil of the land and filled the vessels they created which are now known as Elves.
