A Book of Natural Beauty based on the principles of Aromatherapy

Introduction

Learn how to make your own skin care. This is not only easy to do, but will save you a lot of money. As all ingredients are natural and chemical free with no added preservatives, they are really good for your skin.

Always use the purest essential oils as the cheap imitations will not work.

Each oil has its own special components and strengths which, used individually or blended; bring about curative and restorative results. They are used to treat body imbalances, mental and emotional changes or for the use in skin care. Only a very minute quantity: i.e. a few drops are needed for each purpose.

Initially if you are new to Aromatherapy and producing your own skin care etc. the outlay may seem rather high, but as these oils will last for such a long time you will find that your savings, from buying highly priced, expensively packaged famous named brands of skin care will pay off handsomely. Add to that these products contain no nasty chemicals and are very good for you.
I think, like me, once you start to make your own products you will be hooked for life

Essential oils not only enhance your appearance but act on your emotions within a few seconds of application. They can soothe and relax, stimulate and refresh, energize or revitalise, depending on your choice.

These products are so good that they make wonderful, inexpensive gifts for Christmas and Birthdays, and dressed up in pretty jars and bottles will look delightful as well as making the recipient feel great when they use them.
They are also a great gift to give yourself.
