What to bring:
Cup-bowl-spoon - Traditionally, Rainbow Family members carry their own dinnerware with them. Blissware is often (but not always) available for those who forget.
Healthy Food/Beverage to SHARE - Part of the joy of potlucks is getting to eat a variety of foods prepared by our Family. Please remember, some folks are vegetarian/vegan and some are not. If you are on a restricted diet, please be responsible for your own needs (i.e., don't assume that everyone else is following the same restrictions you do).
Acoustic music makers - Drums, guitars, your very own voice.
Most important, Good Vibes and Love!
What not to bring:
Illegal drugs, alcohol, dogs not on leashes, bad vibes.
