A new commune is up and coming here in Arkansas. We're calling
it the Dowdy Farm
and everyone's welcome as long as they're willing to do a little work!
It's located in Central Arkansas near Little Rock. You take I-40
to
I-430 and take the Cantrell exit. Get on Highway 10 and keep
going
until you get to Garrison Road on your left. Stay on Garrison
(it's
steep and winding) until you see Nichol's Loop on your right.
Turn and
stay forward through the first stop sign. Turn right on Copper
Creek
Road and vear left on the bridge over the stream. Follow the
gravel and
take the First Turn. That's the Dowdy Farm! We've already
got our
gardens started (Tomatoes, Corn, Peppers, etc...) and we're hoping
to
have chickens and a goat soon. All animals are welcome. Peace
