For some reason that isn't mentioned in Chronicles Inui Dan was forced to leave their home. They scattered into different dimensions and demolished dimensionportals so that Darkness couldn't follow them and spread.
Time passed and generations vanished and were born. Knowlegde of Inui Dans dissapeared little by little and became legend. Blood of Inui Dan changed from the Old times and so changed also meaning of those words.
Inui Dan didn't mean anymore race, but a person whos parents were born in different dimensions. Also their number became smaller and their Gift lost some of its power.
When time passed and Inui Dan changed, appeared prophecies and few great Prophets who told there would be Inai Dan and Asha. Those prophecies were also forgotton while time passed and only few wise men and women know them.
So, technology of Inui Dan? It was very advanced and they knew dimensions. Dimensionportals were made by magic and technology but were dangerous to travell.
Their Gift? It changed with persons imagination and reason. Some were able to do thousand things, some could do only two or none. It comes inside and you don't need any words or gestures, only power of your will. Of course some used both but it isn't necessary.
