Yes the rules. We both know everyone hates them but really theirs not that many. Only 22 rules I could make more if you really want but I don’t like rules and I’m pretty sure you don’t. But these aren’t that bad mostly just common sense and stuff to help you out with the game.

1) Angels Eye, ~*~Sky~*~, 0%, and Negative are the owner of the game. Obey them for they can ban you. It only takes a few seconds! That in mind, Angels Eye, ~*~Sky~*~, 0%, and Negative are all the same person. Just different names for the different Crystal’s.
2) Swearing, in character or out, is allowed, as long as you don't curse at another person OOC! Just use common sense here guys.
3) When posting, please do not use chatspeak (that is to say, i dun want 2 c u typ lyk dis kthnx), or StiCKyCaPS. Of course, you can use it in the subject line of posts, and even OOC, but not in the main body of in character posts. Also, there is no set standard for how long your posts should be. I believe in quality over quantity. With that said, though, one-liners are discouraged, as they show no depth and are difficult to respond to. But at CI we also realize that everyone occasionally suffers from a lack of inspiration, so don't worry if you sometimes fall victim to this; it's okay! Basically, the main thing to keep in mind when posting is to put effort into your writing. No matter your skill level, you can only improve if you try!
4) Play nice and be respectful to your fellow players! No harassing or flaming (cursing at someone, impersonating someone, etc.) other players; it won't be tolerated. If you have a disagreement with someone, try and work it out civilly, on the OOC Board, or if all else fails, talk to 0%. Keep in mind disagreements are bound to occur, we're only human, but there are peaceful ways of resolving them. If something offends you remember it's only opinion! Take a moment to cool off before you answer. It could mean the difference between a small disagreement and a fight. On the flip side, if someone is offended by something you say, apologize and clarify your words. A misunderstanding often causes offense.
I take harassment seriously. There is a big difference between harassing someone and arguing with someone, and harassment will get you a warning. It's unnecessary, and I don't want to see it.
5) No direct linking! In other words: if you, say, decide to use one of CI’s advertisements, save it to your own server! Bandwidth theft is not cool... Please respect this; it makes it easier for everyone.
6) Advertise (porn-free) sites to your heart's content, but only on the Advertising Board. If I find an advertisement anywhere else, it'll be deleted immediately.
7) If you would like to have your link(s) put up on the sister sites page, e-mail me at [email protected] or ask me on the Inbox board, and we'll work out a link exchange.

1) To join just go and post on the Join Board (If you don't join there then you are not an official member of this site) with the information-listed there. There is no limit to the number of characters you may play as (The more the merrier!). Just try and keep active. You don't have to wait to be accepted or anything to start posting your characters just join your character and you're set. All players are welcome!
2) You may not join with a name that is already being used. But you can use some of it, like if there’s someone named Black Magic then you can use either Black, or Magic, just not Black Magic, or Magic Black. It just gets really confusing when there’s two or more that are named Black Magic.
3) Crystal Dreams is a Horse RPG. If you want to play a wolf go to Crystal Nightmare and if you want to play a Cat go to Crystal Lust. And if you want to play a human or some sort of fairy creature this isn’t the RPG for you.
4) There are NO good or evil territories. This is not a fantasy game. I would like to keep CD and all its siblings as real as possible. Meaning no magic. No flying horses. Or anything like that.
5) Yes, sexual themes can and do pop up here and there in the various plots that snake throughout CI, and it's perfectly acceptable. All that is asked is that, in scenes of an explicit nature (i.e. intercourse, rape, raunchy seduction scenes...), a warning be placed in the thread so that those who wish to avoid such scenes may. Having said such, I feel I need to stress that this is not, by any means, the basis of the RPG, so if you see this rule and decide to join only in the hopes of partaking in some RPG orgy, think again, for you will be disappointed. When you are doing this sexual themes please also go to the breeding board. You many not want to get them pregnant but just to keep it all in one area so its safer for people to not run into it.

1) You can only play one terra owning male at the moment. Its just because the game is just new and there isn’t a lot of terra’s just yet so that the domains have more activity and more females and males interacting with each other.
2) If you don't have a terra you may hook up with females at gathering place and ask them to live with you when you get a terra. However you may not go to the joining board and ask for females to join you in the gathering place if you don't have land/terra. So only claim females at the join board. Do not claim them if they are wandering around somewhere else.
3) If a male wins a challenge and moves into a new terra that has the foals of the other male still in it he can drive them away if he wants. This is because in the wild they do, do this. It’s because the male wants dominance and he can’t simple do that with another’s offspring running around.
4) A beta male is very rare to have, but I will let you have them. Most people choose not to have a beta male but some like it and I realize this. A beta male is allowed in herds with at least 5 or more females. A beta male may not take the place of the alpha male if a challenge arises. Unless the alpha is away and gives the beta permission. (Which will have to be posted on the board so everyone knows).
5) There is no limit on how many horses that can be in each terra. But remember that the foals must leave sooner or later. Also remember that if you see that there is a lot of terra’s that have only a few members in it and yours has a lot to maybe ask your members if they want to move to another, or to stop claiming/asking other to come to your domain.

1) The alpha male will chose who he wishes to be the alpha female, and until she is challenge and wins she will stay there. Unless she doesn’t want to, or the alpha wants to change it. Females can challenge for any positions given in the herd if they wish.
2) Females have to fight for their freedom if they live with in a pride and dislike the male that they live with. Or they can find a stallion that will try and challenge for her.
3) The mothers will chose how many foals she has, weather some die or live, what they look like. Weather they have problems like blindness, born with one leg what ever. The mother gets to pick. And if she’s nice the father can help. Just make sure you post on the foaling board the name and status of the foal.

1) It is up to the foals when they leave the herd and also the alpha male’s choice if he wishes to kick them out. Sometimes in real life foals stay with there herd till they die. But they also leave and find other herds too. So really it’s up to you and the alpha male.
2) It is the mother or fathers job to find a player of the cub(s) if neither of them (father or mother) wants to play the foal(s). All you have to do is go to Needs Player in the O.O.C. section and fill out what it has on the board.
