Pan-sama of Garuda, and Captain of the Oukoku Royal Guard

Pan-sama, of Garuda, is Oukoku's Captain of the Royal Guard.  We meet him when he preempts the fight between Leen-sama and Dark-sama.  He was sent to find Dark, since Dark seemed to be a little late in getting to Oukoku to declare himself the new Phantom Saint of the Red Phoenix.  Pan is a fair and just man, punishing both Leen-sama and Dark-sama for their infractions of fighting between saints, in her case, and his for trespassing.  To her he judges that she must raise Kyo from the dead, and from Dark, to relinquish the Sword of the Red Phoenix.  I have a feeling that we shall see Pan-sama when Dark finally gets to his destination of Oukoku...maybe sooner...
