There are many ways you can request. One being as in asking for a custom made layout, or another being like a suggestion as to what type of layout I should make for the pre-made layouts. Fill in the form of which you want to do. Where it says "name" under the suggestion form, keep it the same, don't take away suggestion where it says name under the suggestion form. Thanks!
