So as long you keep the layout by at the bottom. About This layout features White from Orange Story. A cute character in my opinion. This layout has tables as well. And the colour scheme is blue, white, and black. But you can change that according what you like best. The main links to your site and stuff is to the left. And to the right is where you put the sister, affys, topsites, and networks. This table can expand to how ever you want it to expand. It will go as low as you want and stuff. And if you don't like that, just just fix that height. The pink strip on the banner is for your site title. If you want to put it there, you can. I hope you read the rules!!
