Sakura is the main character in both dubbed and original stories, whether you like it or not! She's in grade 4 when the series start, and eventually goes to grade 6. She's VERY athletic, and always full of engery. She loves her family and friends will all her heart. Her family consists of a father and a brother. Her mom died when she was only 3. In the beginning of the series, she comes home from school to hear strange noises comimg from the basement. When she goes to imvestigate, she "accidently" opens a book called the Clow. Upon opening it, she calls out the Windy card (which was in the book) and sets all the cards loose. She then has to capture all of the cards before destruction reaches her home town and the world. She has a guardian called Keroberos (Kero-chan) of is the protector of the seal of Clow. She then later on meets she first rival, (in her rivals opinion) who turns out to be more of a friend than a rival. What happens next, you'll have to find out! Sakura means "cherry blossom".
