SEA MIST

(For Mum 28/3/2005)

Seaside, sun, speckles of gentle light,
Circling Gulls hymn vast creation,
Mist gently obscures the horizon,
Eyes look out, mind still, seeking pathways
Yet, gentle light may be found in searching,
Ways of seeing into how things are.

Thinking of you, “special friend, “ of
All the vast, welcoming sea meant to you,
To us you come, vibration gentle and kind, in
The quiet times. Now you dance in
Morning where joy has come for you,
In place of light beyond light where you are free at last.
