Theft or Just happend? Did Apogee steal from Sierra?

It was released by Sierra Online Inc. in 1988

It was released by Apogee Software, Ltd. in 1991

Now is it just me, or do these two screens look an whole lot alike???

The Space Quest 3 is owned by Sierra, I really hope they do SQ7 too!
