You enter a finely crafted hut, smack in the middle of the Bayside Bazaar's left line of shoppes. The bamboo stalks that comprise the walls are bound tightly yet with just enough give so it will bend slightly to accomodate the breezes. Each desk inside has unique qualities, some with oiled mahogany tops, some with smooth rock slabs, others carved ornately and inlaid with mother of pearl accents. Behind these desks are the master craftsmen of the isle, each one with his own specialty.

All of the men are elven, two older, one young and apprenticing, but a very, very fine builder: He oversaw some of the stateliest homes on this Isle being built. You've no idea whom to choose: So Baran, the senior elf, noting your awkward smile and glances between the three, rises and greets you. "So you'd like a dwelling built, would you? We can aid you with that. We warranty our work for a full hundred years. If fire or flood come, we can sell you an extra assurance warranty, rather cheaply, might I add?"

The second elf, Taril, steps up, shaking his head good-naturedly. "My brother here, always worrying about the worst. The worst we've had to patch were from a few squirts of lava hitting a thatched roof...we WARNED that couple not to build so close to a volcano...and a door that an irate husband knocked off the frame when finding his lady....in a compromising situ---"

"Taril!" Baran sputters. "Confidentiality of our clients!" Taril hangs his head in shame. The younger elf, the son of Baran, stands, his eyes rolling and a heavy sigh escaping his lips, heaving his narrow shoulders. Pavak looks at you apologetically. "They're like an old married couple" he sighs, "My father and uncle." Pavak leads you to a wall full of sketches of all types of dwellings: Commercial, residential, storage. "We emphasize quality, and do back our work, like they say. You don't need the extra warranty unless you wish it. If you've a loose hinge or a flap on the roof that's come undone, which we doubt will happen for many a year..we'd come out and repair it in good faith. But if you have enemies, ones that would wish you harm and perhaps put a torch to your house...maybe you should consider opting for the additional guarantee."
