What started as an idea that many have considered: starting from scratch, an internet role-playing game; has for me come true. But this is something that was far more laborious than throwing a few pages of text and code onto a page, or registering a few rooms on a server. What I wanted from the beginning was to commit to quality and create a place where I'd really 'want' to be, both IRL and IC: It's not just a half-hour here and there that I spend at the keyboard, room-hopping and web-surfing, the hours could constitute another full-time job. And IC, Alterio Carazzi is someone who'd grown restless in other lands, tired of ridiculous storylines and situations, and headed out on his own, after sending his brother to scout for that fabled greener pasture.

The pasture was found, but we couldn't have done it alone. So here I offer my gratitude to those who've chosen to be a part of what was just an idea of mine, but you gave it substance, and flight. I am very grateful.
