Powers:
Sly Fox: She says this and can move lightening fast around a target making then dizzy and disoriented.
Kitsune Demon: Says this and the target no matter if man woman or thing will see her has a love object letting her get past their defenses to go in for the kill.
Foxy Decoy: She says this and a makes a copy of herself in order to distract the enemy into targeting that instead of her. Letting her be free to sneak and such; once the decoy is destryed it vanishes.
Black Fox!: She says this and can shape-shift into any form she chooses for a short time. With her powers if she takes the form of a senshi she amps the power she'll use of theirs by 5 fold. But when she changes back she is left very very weak.

History: In her past life, her starseed was taken from her by Chaos who enslaved her with the bracelets once she was defeated back in the Sailor Wars. She was turned into Sailor Pewter Fox leader over ALL of the Sailor Animates. She was very shrewed and enjoyed barking out orders and bossing everyone under her around. She was deafeated and her starseed and self where reborn once the Galaxy Cauldren was healed by Eternal Sailor Moon.
Reborn in England her name is Kassidy Virago and she is a trouble maker; she is always playing jokes and being a pain in the butt to authority figures. She is an orphan and a successful thief known as The Sly; she goes to school but finds it boreing. She uses it as an open ground to hone her thievery art. She comes to Tokyo to hide out from the Bobbies(The Cops) for a rash of robberies she commited in France, Spain, London, & Scotland.
When the original Sailor Kitsune was defeated by Chaos in the ancient Sailor Wars, that happened Fate needed to restore balance that Chaos was at that time up-ending. So, the powers that be placed the Fox Deity & her daughter in that balancing position in the time of the Silver Millennium and it worked until the Chaos portion rose once more in the form of Queen Metallia(w/ Beryl and them).
So time passes and Inari is doing her thing, unknowingly that in the time stream Eternal Sailor moon is healing the Galaxy Cauldron with her starseed's love power. All the stolen Starseeds taken and held by the true whole Chaos are sent out to be reborn; hence forth starting the cycle of the coming about of the person who will inherit the Kitsune starseed and become Sailor Kitsune. Since Inari is a daughter of a deity she can not be written out by the fates; so it now falls to Inari to take up the role of Kassidy's guide, and guardian of the Starseed of the Fox. This makes them a yin and yang type personality pairing of Senshi and guide, Inari good and Kassidy neutral (with a huge bad streak that she is proud of).

Personality: She is a very confidant person; and sly. She is out spoken and very brazen about who she is and what she is about.

Home: She lives in a small place she won in a crooked card game from a tourist who came to England.
