Age: 22

Appearance: Standing at a far from dominating height (5'4) she's often considered frail and waifish and that's the way she prefers it. She has long and rather wavy blonde hair, expressive blue eyes, and a thin, lithe build. Most if not all of her cloths are rather formfitting. She's especially fond of vinyl ^^;; Another interesting tidbit about her are her sunglasses. Which are usually always found on top of her head. It's a fashion statement. ^_~

Fuku -
*Her fuku is separated into two pieces: a midriff and a skirt.
Skirt coloring: Silver.
Neck Covering Color: Silver and white.
Bows: Silver.
Choker:Silver
Locket: She doesn't really have one, instead a clear heart crystal with white wings protruding from it's sides is nestled in the center of the bow on her chest. It only appears while she in fuku.
Gloves: Her gloves are white, they reach her upper arms and fold at the ends. The folds of both her gloves are silver.
Tiara: None.
Boots: White. They reach her upper thighs and fold at the ends. Like her gloves, the folds are silver in color.

Transformation: (She doesn't need any specific item in order to henshin. All she does is say a phrase.) "Free the dream within... my northern star."
She whispers, "Free the dream within..."
An unseen wind swirls around her form, and as it picks up speed sparks of light begin to ignite beneath her feet.
"my northern star..."
star dust rains down from the sky and mingles with the wind, obscuring her from view. Her heart crystal emerges from her chest and the wind and stardust sunder. In an explosion of light Sailor Polaris appears with her arms cocked back behind her head, with the light of the North Star illuminating her form.
Note: She is a clairvoyant as well as an empath.

Weapon(s): None.

Attacks:
North Star Compression-
She must first clear her thoughts, once that is done she focuses her mind solely on her opponent. She says "North" then raises her right arm to press the back of her hand over her forehead. Splaying her fingers, she says "Star" to have star dust dance over her palm. Finishing with "Compression" she flicks her hand out, palm out, to face her opponent. A miniature version of the North Star coalesces and shoots out towards her opponents chest. This attack causes her opponent's limbs to twist and become constricted. Extremely painful. The attack requires her to use much of her own energy, because she is not only using power from her guardian star, she's mentally marking her opponent with her keen mental abilities. This attack is avoidable but it is not dodgeable because her opponent becomes marked and so the star will follow it's target until it impacts. ( Note: The person does not become permanently marked, it only lasts for the duration of the attack)
Coruscate-
This is just the ability to be able to form raw energy to throw at her opponent. Nothing incredibly powerful, but good for battling youma. Nothing is said during this attack, she need only think and the energy will appear.
Calm Deep:
She raises both of her slender arms and cups her hands in front of her chest before saying "Calm" Light of a blinding white shines from between her fingers, the illumination of purity. "Deep" Laying a soft kiss to it, she spreads wide her arms. The light dulls and liquidates until it appears to be a small circle of clear water. The circle doubles, triples, and quadruples, in size. She then touches her fingertips to her lips as if to blow a kiss, and the star soars towards her opponent.

History: Julia was born on the cliffs of Mohar, in Ireland. Literally. Her mother died giving birth to her because her mother never made it to the hospital so their were complications during Julia's birth. A few years later, at the age of 4 she began displaying strong signs of being clairvoyant as well as an empath. This of course was no surprise to her father, because Julia's mother had been the original Sailor Polaris. When she died her powers were passed on to Julia. When Julia was twelve years old her father told her everything. Julia wasn't exactly thrilled by the idea but she accepted it to honor her mother. She was privately tutored her entire life so she finished school as well as college at an early age.(Nineteen) She had always dabbled with the prospect of becoming an astronomer, but she had never been serious about it. Her father was quite wealthy so she wasn't really expected to have to work. All of that changed when she was offered a job in Crystal Tokyo. She accepted the position and is currently living in the city.

Personality: She's extremely dutiful, and doesn't hesitate to do what's right or what she knows has to be done. She didn't want to be a senshi but that was the card destiny dealt her so she learned to accept it. She has a rather morose presence about her, but she can still be alarmingly lighthearted. She likes people but she's wary of making friends, because she is a senshi and she doesn't expect to live long. She likes to observe people rather than take part with whatever they're doing so she's considered quiet and serious by many. But all and all she can be playful with those she's comfortable with.

Home: She lives in a high rise apartment. Dim halogen lights along the walls illuminate every room; they give the apartment a softer sort of glow. Most rooms have a simple style to them: comfortable. There is modern furniture, alongside traditional Japanese trappings. The apartment has two balconies, one on the east, facing the sea, and one on the north, facing the heart of the city. The apartment, is rather shaped like an ‘L’, and open, with the doorway at its vertex. To the left are the bedrooms, and the kitchenette. To the west is the living area. The south wall before the door is a huge graphic display, holographic (She uses it to view the stars in 3D ^^;;) The west wall is bare save for a potted osmanthus tree. Side Note: Julia loves flowers especially red roses, she usually has various vases filled with freshly cut roses throughout her apartment.
