Appearance: Long black hair down past her knees. Her bangs are parted from the right and obscures her left eye. Her right eyes is a dark scarlet color and her left is a shimmery silver. She is 6'0" and 145 lbs.

(Strong Wind of the Soul): A small crystal she wears around her neck shatters when she transforms and takes the form of wings on the Hiraishin Suishou.

Weapon(s): The Hiraishin Suishou (The Staff of Crystalline Lightning): Used for Chiryu Hikari attack. Also defensive and offensive weapon. It is gold inlaid with silver runes. At the top is a pair of wings. The wings are purely for design (or so we think...)

Powers:
Taiyoukousen(Rays of the Sun): She glows brightly and energy beams are emitted in all directions burning holes through whatever they come in contact with.
Chiyu Hikari(Healing Light): Can heal a being. Can be used only once a battle.

History: Born as a soul twin to a demon. In the process of birth, their souls switched places and the demon landed in the positive plane while Hikaru landed in the negative. Hikaru grew up learning the ways of the demons but at 6 her parents told her of the mistake made at birth and of her birthright as a Sailor Senshi. She trained for twelve years, until she thought she was strong enough then Hikaru killed her parents to power up the spell to send her to the positive universe.

Personality: A little on the annoying side, but very determined and she has a very short fuse.
