If you've read previous documentation on Magick use, then
you are aware that the Five elements seem to be a common
pattern a foundation for later things. For instance, the Four
powers of the Magus corresponds with them.

Now that that is established, let us take a look at
technology/science.There is also a correspondance there
too. Consider the four primary forces that make up our universe.

Should the Grand Unification Theory be birthed
and become then we will understand the why to the
great question. Thus the GUT and aether also have a
loose correlation too. Although some have suggest'd that
Entropy could be a possible fifth force. Superstring Theory
is the only theory that has feesibly linked Electromagetism
with Strong and Weak Nuclear Forces, by unifying Maxwell's
Equations and Einstein's General Relativity Theory. Gravity, it
would seem, is the last puzzle thus far.

The focus here is the pragmatic usage that can be
gained from the correspondance of the two. It would seem
that the intent would apply both to Science and Magick
in that each is way of understanding and harnessing our
environment.

Technomantic Divination

Have you thought of the internet as the collective
conscious? How many times have you asked a
question, then turned on the TV or radio and got
an answer?

The above is an example of the possiblities when the
Art of Magick is mended with the tools at our reach.
Consider the 'standard' ritual tools, they were 'state of
the Art' in 9th century and perhaps before then. Why
not make use of tools that we consider 'state of the art'?

As a hobbyist programmer, Qb 4.5 has been a very helpful
Techno-Familar for me. While I am crushing herbs or making a
special blend of incense, a program written in qbasic could be
chanting or perhaps 'generating' energy by recursion.
It has been helpful in generating a particular magick square
for numerology purposes or to make a Talisman. In fact,
All i would have to do is enter in the critical information such
as dates, time, alphanumeric sums, etc and qb can make
a .gif of the talisman for the given situation and fire it to the
printer.

Hethlae has found that a coffee pot and a blender to be
wonderful assistants in potion and incense making. On a final
note for now, a julia fractal (or even a sierpenski triangle) can
be a wonderful mediatation aide.
