Hola! me llamo Danny Scott. Yeah, I'm in the Navy.. Don't be jealous, it's not all it's cracked up to be. Here's a quick down and dirty on what I've been doing for the past 5 years. For starters, I graduated from Pace High School (Pensacola, Florida area) in 1995, joined the Navy and received orders to Rota, Spain. I stayed in Spain for 4 and a half years. During my time in Spain, I served as a Technical Control Operator, Special Systems Operator, Shipboard Communications Operator, and Unix System Computer Network Administrator. I also learned to speak the language fluently, so no me digas nada de nada vale? Alright, no more of that, I understand you only took that class because you had to. Since my return to the States, in August 2000, I have been through two Navy sponsored Network Courses: the Computer Network Configurations Manager course at University of West Florida and an additional three month course on base entitled Computer Network Security & Vulnerabilities Technician. Although I can't tell you what I'm doing for the Navy now, I CAN tell you that it's worth while and I'm seeing a lot of interesting things, and hey, I've got job security for when I decide to separate from the Navy! Be sure to check out all my cool pics! |
