2004 TIME TRIALS

Coon Rapids Dam, Coon Rapids, MN

The 2004 Cross Country season has begun. Time Trials were held on August 25 at the Coon Rapids Dam. Despite the high humidity the top 9 runners finished the 2 mile course in under 12 minutes. The top seven runners will run varsity at the 1st meet of the year in St.Cloud on August 31.

22 of the 24 runners on the Coon Rapids team ran and completed the race in the very sticky and hot weather. The top performers of the day were Troy Dey, John Kennedy, and Dylan Stanton. They ran the 2 mile course in 11:12.
