On Wednesday September 8, the Cardinal Runners competed in the Conference preview at Anoka High School. The Cardinals had a very good showing, placing 3rd out of 6 Northwest Suburban Conference opponents. Eight Cardinals ran personal bests, including Brendon O'Grady by over 4 minutes. Junior John Kennedy led all Cardinals by running a personal best of 17:17 and placing 5th overall. The top 9 runners were all under 20:00. Troy Dey, Mike Schneppenheim, Joe Trapp, Dylan Stanton, Chris Lafean, and Jason Sargent will be joining Kennedy on Varsity for the team's first trip to the Lakeville Invite on September 15th.
