Once again many of the Cardinal runners left the Buffalo race with new personal records. Troy Dey had the best performance of the season by running the 5k race in 17:00. Of the top seven varsity runners, 5 of them received P.R.'s. The top JV performance was by Travis Mortenson who made the sixth spot on varsity for the next meet by running 18:40. For the next meet at Blaine, the top 10 runners on the team will run varsity. The JV runners that will be on varsity next week are Travis Mortenson, Chris Lafean, and Jason Sargent.
