Coon Rapids Results | Team Results | Varsity Results | Junior Varsity ResultsP.R.'s were in abundance yet again for the Coon Rapids Cardinal runners, this time on the hilly Buffalo Invitational course. 5 of the 7 Varsity runners earned P.R.'s, including two of them sub-18:00. The Varsity team for the Blaine Invitational will have a different look next week. With 10 spots in the Varsity race, Chris Lafean (18:56), Nathan Randall (18:59), and Elliot "Bubba" Huss (19:27) will all be running Varsity. The championship portion of the season is now upon us. Times will only get faster as the races become more and more important.
