At the 29th annual Princeton Invitational, Coon Rapids finished quite well, considering the fact that they had some incredible competition. Brian Krohmer had a personal best time of 17:33 and finished in the top 50. This, of course, was after the pouring rain stopped.
In the 9th grade race, Brandon Heebink finished 9th place out of more than 250 runners. He was the only top finisher in any race for Coon Rapids on this day. He finished with a time of 14:40 for 4000 meters.
