At this year's District 11 Meet in Blaine, the Coon Rapids team expected to finish well. And they did. They finished 2nd with 52 points, 7 more than Champlin Park, and 22 behind first place Anoka. The top finishers were captains Brian Krohmer and Matt Tucker who finished 2nd and 4th respectively. Brian Krohmer recorded his 1st career sub-18:00 race and Matt Tucker was three seconds away from his 2nd sub-18:00 in a row.
