In many of the episodes, SpongeBob's lies get him into a lot of trouble, though I'm sure he learns from his mistakes.  In one episode, Sandy was trying to get Spongebob in shape, and he wasn't up for all the hard work.  One night while he was watching TV, he saw an ad for inflatable "Anchor Arms."  He showed them off the next day at Muscle Beach, and was entered in an anchor throwing contest by Sandy.  Of course, he had no muscles whatsoever: he couldn't even pick up a glass at the time.  When it came his turn to throw the anchor, he tried so hard that his "Anchor Arms" deflated!  Oh no!
"When I watched the show for the very first time, I felt like a little kid again!  I got this warm, fuzzy feeling inside, and I still do whenever I watch it.  The friendships and the laughter really brought me into the show, making me feel like I was in it.  I laughed at a cartoon for the first time in years!  My whole family loves it, it has definatly brought us closer together watching it.  Laughing as a family, talking about the earlier episode durring the comercials, just the little things.  The show has really enspired me to do things I havn't done in a while like, blow bubbles, draw (I draw the charecters alot, it releaves all my tension), or just going out for something i've never done before like, applying for a job.  It is truly a blessing to have this brite yellow sponge and the whole gang come into our homes every day and bring alittle cheer into the house hold.  If you've had a bad day at the office or school, turn on the television and watch this playful show with your family!  We all hope that Spongebob Squarepants will continue giving us these wonderful feelings for many years to come."
