Never knowing what was just around the bend; Then I met someone who knew my troubles And at last, I found a friend.
And He placed a smile upon my face; He took away all my fears and doubt And told me of His saving grace.
And He made my life to begin anew; Now I know that I will never be alone And my troubles will be just a few.
For He died on the cross to give me life; He gave me a drink of living water Then He gave me eternal life.
