| St. Mary's Welcome Jo Anna to the Coaching Staff!! |
| On behalf of all the cheerleaders and coaches at St. Mary's, we would like to welcome Jo Anna Wilson to the coaching staff!! Jo Anna was picked up just before Regionals, and is added to the staff as a full time coach. She is doing a great job, and everyone would like to thank Jo Anna for all her hard work, and for volunteering her time with the Crusaders cheerleading program! |

| Congratulations to the girls of St. Mary's on another great weekend!! They came in 7th place, and ended their competitive season with a flawless routine! This was a major accomplishment for the team as they had to overcome an injury on Saturday, and rework the routine the day of the competition. (We hope you feel better Teagan!!) A big thank you goes out to all the girls on the team for being so patient and hardworking while we reworked and revised. Kudos also to Erin J and Katelyn for being "instant-tops" and also Lisa S. for competing with her Quasimoto eye! (for pics click here) Congratus also goes out to the CheerForce WolfPack National Team on their 2nd place finish in the Grand Championship! |
| This year, St. Mary's made it to the second day of competition, for the first time ever!! They finished in 9th place, an amazing accomplishment! They hit their routines like never before, and showed the attitude and spirit that they been working for all year. It was an incredible weekend! Congratulations girls...you are awesome!!! | St. Mary's Athletic Banquet As usual, the St. Mary's girls showed up to the banquet lookin FAB ;) And for the second year in a row, we dominated the dance floor! (So what if we were the only ones on it!) Congratulations to Katelyn Adams, our MVP for 2002-2003! Katelyn is an amazing cheerleader (third, top, tumbler, jumper and dancer)! Her positive attitude and leadership has been an integral part of our team this year! A huge congrats to the team this year, you are all amazing!! You have improved so much, and we as coaches feel priviledged to be able to work with such great people. Your drive and desire set you apart from any other team we have worked with! Everyone should be proud of themselves for the amazing achievements this year! Great work girls!!! |

| ST. MARY'S RETURNS FROM PCA CAMP |
| For the second year in a row, the St. Mary's girls made the trek to London for the PCA UWO 3 cheer camp. They made it home in one piece...a little tired and a little burnt...but successful none the less! Here's a list of our accomplishments: - Power Team Award -Tumbling Award: Amanda Vetere -Stunt Comp Award: Tara O'Kelly, Laura George, Erin Jaczenko, Amanda Vetere (2nd consecutive year that St. Mary's girls have won the title!) -4 All Canadians: Erin Smith, Erin Jaczenko, Tara O'Kelly, Amanda Vetere -a bid to Nationals -and of course some purple & red ribbons! Congratulations to all of the girls who attended camp, it was a great weekend! Also the team would like to say how proud they are of the St. Mary's/PCA connection: Katelyn Adams & Eric Martel. Great job this weekend guys, we're proud to call you our own! We'll miss you Katelyn!! Also thanks to our buddy Ric...we will never believe a word you tell us ever again! (Prosthetic arm?! BAH!) |
