Congressman Ellison, our Declaration of
Independence records
our
belief that all men are created equal. Allah said that Muslims are the "best
of people." Allah also said that Christians & Jews
who do not believe in him are"the
worst of creatures". He said "Indignity
is put over them wherever they may be, except when under a covenant (of
protection) from Allâh, and from men; they have drawn on
themselves the
Wrath of Allâh, and destruction is put over them."
Congressman Ellison, our common law
holds women to be economically
and legally equal to men in their rights. Allah said that "Men
are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allâh
has made one
of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them)
from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient
(to Allâh and to their husbands), and guard in the husband's
absence
what Allâh orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their
husband's
property, etc.). As to those women on whose part you see
illconduct,
admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last)
beat them (lightly, if it is useful), but if they return to obedience,
seek not against them means (of annoyance).".
Furthermore, Allah said, in the matter of inheritance "to
the male, a portion equal to that of two females" and in the
matter of witnessing contracts, he said "And
get two witnesses out of your own men. And if there are not two men
(available), then a man and two women, such as you agree for witnesses,
so that if one of them (two women) errs, the other can remind her.".
Congressman Ellison, Allah commanded
Muslims to "fight" Jews and Christians until "until
they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves
subdued. ". Furthermore, he said, concerning disbelievers, "I
will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so
strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.".
Congressman Ellison, our Constitution
declares that "Congress shall
make no law respecting an establishment of religion" but Allah says,
speaking of Islam, "to
make it superior over all religions even though the Mushrikûn
(polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of
Allâh)
hate (it). ".
Congressman Ellison, did not Allah
command Muslims "O
you who believe! Obey Allâh, and obey the Messenger (Muhammad
) and render not vain your deeds."? Did not the Messenger say
"People
are subservient to the Quraish: the Muslims among them being
subservient to the Muslims among them, and the disbelievers among the
people being subservient to the disbelievers among them."?
And did not Allah say "And
whosoever does not judge by what Allâh has revealed, such are
the
Kâfirûn (i.e. disbelievers - of a lesser degree as
they do not act on
Allâh's Laws ). "? And did not Allah say "
It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His
Messenger
have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their
decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he
has indeed
strayed in a plain error. " ?
Are you not then forsworn in your oath
of office, being obligated
to obey Allah & his Messenger, whose ordinance is in direct
contravention of the organic law of our nation? You are obligated to
make war on and terrorize Christians and Jews. Our blood and property
are sacred to you only after we submit, according to Allah's Messenger Sahih
bukhari 1.8.387.
Muslims have a divine right to beat their wives. No law can stand in
opposition to Allah's decree. As one forsworn in his oath of office are
you not unworthy to take a seat in the House of representatives?
