--This morning a 24 year old girl is going to file a lawsuit against Joey Fatone
because She claims he is the father of her 4 yr old daughter. She said
that she's positive it was Joey because he was her first. Plus the little girl
looks exactly like him. And they were together before NSYNC even got big.
She also said that her family is rich and they weren't going to say anything because they really saw no point but recently her own father passed away and she thought that it was important that her baby's father be in its life. Joey is scheduled to take the DNA test this Saturday. PopCentric
(I dont know for a fact if this is true but It doesn't really shock me, Im just scared that something like this will ruin nsync, and their reputation...so for their sake lets hope its not true, but from one fan to another, dont let this get to you because its life, and we still have to support nsync instead of having a fit and not liking them anymore, thats just dumb. It could just be some dumb girl who wants publicity and not to mention money. Im guessing this came from Popcentric.com so u can look their yourself to see if you can find anything else on this subject)

In other news, Joey is Rumored to be in Blaques New Song "As If" from the soundtrack to the movie "Bring it On". I read this at Mtv.com so I guess its no longer a rumor even though I have seen the video and Joey is not in it, but maybe they are doing the same thing as they did with J.C and are making two versions of the song.
