The Lawsuit

Ok, yeah i know this page is boring...get over it, I don't have time.

OK! Now, we all know the jist, right? If not, go back and read it cause I'm about to RANT!

We all know I love Justin.  I mean, how can u not resist those curly locks and BABY BLUES...god his eyes are GORGEOUS. Ok, sorry...moving on.  So, here's the deal, Justin "harassed" a fan.  Ok, can we first review the definition of harasment?? Ok then...

Harass:  1. To disturb or irritate PERSISTANTLY.  2. To wear out; exhaust.  3. To enervate (an ememy) by repeated attacks or raids.

Now that we have that taken care of...So, Justin scolded this fan how many times??? Once, right?  It was one particular incident, right?  So, how could that have been harassment???  We COMMONLY misuse this word.  If someone says something like "hey sexy" once, then it is NOT harassment.  If everyday they say that then it is!  This country throws the term around.  Please, don't "throw" around words like that!
(This is really sad, but true.  Harassment lawas and such came into play to protect but now people are being wrongly charged because some people don't know what the word means!)

Ok, now let's move on.  He was charged with false imprisonment of a minor.  Now what the hell does that mean?  Is that cause he supposedly pushed her up against a wall or somethin?  I think it's bullshit and the 15 y/o exaggerated.  And then the "berated" part.  Ok, I don't think that it's all bull, I mean there has to be some truth to it.  I think he probably told her to shut up or something and scared her, b/c Justin of *NSync (aka "Mr. Perfect who can't ever have a bad day in any teeny boppers mind"--I think, hell, everyone has bad days and this was one of them, I still love ya jus', cause i know you aren't perfect) yelled at her.  So yes, maybe he did cause her "emotional distress" but hell, it's not his fault.  She's the one that had him like a god in her head and shit, ya know?  Ok, I'm having a potty mouth and I apologize but I'm pissed.  I just don't think it was intentional, I doubt he would do that to a fan, because, *NSync really does love their fans.

You wanna know what I think happened??? Here it goes:

Justin and the others (I'm not sure if they were there, or it was just him) are coming to the hotel and possibly it's early b/c I've heard Justin is most irritable when it's early.  So anyway, the fans are probably going crazy and Justin and the others just want to get in and to their room.  So they probably aren't being very sociable and talkative.  So the fan, Danielle, probably felt like she was being ignored so to get Justin's attention she said JC was cuter and she liked him more than Justin (How could someone say such a thing!  Poor Justy!
It's really not that difficult, I can say it all day long...although, probably never *to* him.  Definitely say it to Jace, but never to Jus', that's just cold.  He should sue her!.)  Justin may have said something rude back to her, but I *seriously*, *seriously* doubt that he put her up against a wall or anything like that.  I will say that he probably said something rude, but correct me if I'm wrong, but intention infliction means he said it w/the purpose of hurting her, right?  Well, I don't think that's the case (I hope it's not!).  He probably just spoke before he thought, I mean, we all do that.  It's only because he's Justin Randall Timberlake, and all the teeny boppers think he's perfect.  I don't think he's tried to set that, or imply that he is in any way.  In fact, the interview w/CosmoGirl he admitted he was flawed, and when they called him an angel, he disagreed.  He was flattered and such, but it's the fans that build him up to be some perfect person.

Some would say that he should have known he gave up his right to lead a normal life and be a normal person when he joined *NSync or MMC.  But ya know, why does that have to be the case?  Why must we, the general public, obsess over what they do?  I mean, isn't their life?  Their decisions?  I mean, we act like we know them, but we don't.  No one is perfect, except God, but I don't want to turn this into a religious debate so I'm gonna move on.  Everyone is allowed to have a bad day and even raise their voice and get a little annoyed but because he is Justin Timberlake and in this girls mind, a perfect being, he is being punished.  Is this the price he has to pay for being famous?  He's not allowed to have a bad day?  Make his own choices and decisions?  You know what, it's a sad world we live in.

I have a friend who lives in Austria.  When he came over through a foreign exchange program someone told him he looked like Justin Timberlake from *NSync.  In the 2-3 short weeks he was there he learned how popular they were. (He came shortly after NSA was released and it was *NSync mania everywhere!)  Anyway, the group of Austrians went to New York City and while there he was *mobbed* by pre-teen to young teen girls, they thought he was Justin.  (Ok, I'll admit, one of his friends yelling "OMG! It's Justin Timberlake!" probably didn't help matters).  but still, the way they acted to it is disgusting and as much as I love this country, I was ashamed.  He's an incredibly nice guy and had never experienced anything like that in Austria.  I'm sure it had to be scary for him.  But is that the way all of the fans act towards Justin and the others?  If it is, his "lashing out" is perfectly justifiable to me.  If you had to live through that everyday I'm sure you would crack one day.

Ok, I almost had a major crisis!  My best friend, with my help, now loves JC Chasez.  She likes some *NSync songs and considering she used to be really into punk and alternative (like me) I was surprised when I got her to stand them.  I must say, I'm very proud of myself :~)  Anyways!  Between her and Mandi going on and on about how great JC is
(You know it baby!) and then when I read the article about the lawsuit I started to doubt Justin being my favorite.  I mean, JC does have an *incredible* voice and he is gorgeous but I felt like a trader (you're a trader for liking that brillo pad in the first place--JK! U know i love my lil' justy!).  But after some serious soul searching, and a couple videos I was easily cured.  JC is an incredible, incredible man but Justin will always be my favorite.  He does the cutest lil' things in the songs, like in You Don't Have To Be Alone (I LOVE THAT SONG!) he says "No no" aboud 3 min into the song and it's soooo cute! and in the "I Believe in You" w/Joe, he says 'anything' sooo cute!  I love his voice.  It seriously floors me some of the time.  Like, in the HBO special w/Drive Myself Crazy, I was in shock...I was like DAMN! I love that song now because of it.  It's just gorgeous.  His voice is just so incredible, it's so emotional and heartfelt.  Justin and Brian McKnight are my two favorite vocalists and I have no doubt if Justin sticks with it he will be incredible.  He has a good R&B feel in his song, "I'll Be Good For You" and I love that.  I could never make JC my favorite after 8 years of "loving" Justin Randall Timberlake.
