Review of the:
*NSYNC *Ntimate Holdiay Special
To keep it simple, they've done it again.  They've gone and prooved to the world that they do have talent and that is that.  Now, me, being a true fan never doubted or wondered but maybe it convince some of the unfortunate skeptics out there.  You can take away the flashing lights, the stunts, the huge stage and crowd and your left with five of the most talented guys out there.  Many groups couldn't have pulled it off as well as the incredible and always surprising *NSYNC.

The fab five added a twist to some of their big hits like; "Bye Bye Bye" and "It's Gonna Be Me".  They even had a special performer with them for "This I Promise You".  They also performed Justin's Old School flavored song, I'll Be Good For You.  There version of O Holy Night was beautiful and showed off their amazing vocal skills.   Major props to Chris for getting those high notes!

Along with their performances they had little segments on each member and what they did away from *N
SYNC.  These guys have to be some of the busiest people!  Chris talked about his clothing line, which btw--I love, and it's release into Nordstrom.  Lance talked about his management company, Joey about a movie he was starring in (he looked so cute in his tux!), Justin about his admiration for Stevie Wonder and Brian McKnight (The best R&B artist around!! He has sooo much talent, I love him) and he recorded a song w/McKnight...I can't wait to hear the finished product!  Then JC about producing and songwriting.  Something no one does better.  I love all of the songs JC wrote, but I do wonder what he was thinkin' when he wrote 'Digital Get Down', but it's still a great song.  I'm sure he was just lonely one night :~)

They mixed things up and the way they did it was great.  They took hits and gave them a different feel, something few groups could do with such well known hits.  I loved what they did with "It's Gonna Be Me".  If you missed this performance, I'd find someone with a tape! It was great, the best thing I've seen since the HBO special.   Also, go get the Grinch soundtrack, the *N
SYNC song is great!  JC did a wonderful job with it.  It is kinda sad but it's really pretty.  I'm a sucker for JC and Justin's voices though.  Major props for the *excellent* special, I'm looking forward to seeing you guys on the Billboard Music Awards!
