On the tube we met a poor Hungarian lady begging with her monkey. Don't let the smile fool you, she was vicious.

The monkey, however, followed us home. We appeased him with a pot, which he proceeded to bang noisily

He must have found a scrap of food. I had to wash it when he was done.
