Yesterday TOOMA took me to the High Museam of Art in Atlanta. I had a lovely time. He showed me the church where his sister got married (it was right next door to the Museam). It was breath-taking.

The museam was great fun. *smile* I'm a member now and so is TOOMA, so we can get in for free. In fact, we plan to go to the Jazz thing they're having tonight with our friend Colin. I'm excited. The museam was currently inbetween exhibits, but there is a Michaelangelo(sp?) exhibit coming soon. And a Monet. Eek!

Atlanta is such a beautiful place. Even the dirt fairly glitters. After we left the Museam we walked around aimlessly. Taking in the sites. Great fun. At some parts of the city it seemed like the buildings had struggled for life for so long...and then gave up. Greenery was everywhere, taking over everything. And we discovered this odd set of stairs, hidden among foliage. We opted not to climb them. Well... I opted not to. Poor TOOMA, he puts up with so much from me. As much as I'm dazzled by the city, it makes me feel off balanced. One day I'm going to learn how to act in every situation so that I don't feel like I have to be on guard at all times.

And we saw a faerie. *smirk* TOOMA pointed it out, flitting along the sidewalk above some greenery. Tiny, pretty, white little thing.

*sigh* What a lovely day that was. When we finally got home I had missed my production meeting, so I went to TOOMA's house instead and we watched Ferris Buller's Day Off.

...5:11pm EST...

My grandmother has been dead for two years today.

I'm restless. I'm terribly restless and I feel...lost. *sigh* So many thoughts and none of them pleasant.
