Monday June 4, 2001 10:51am EST So, I'm done with scribble. Their lack of funds has forced them to take on a lot of sponsers and pop up ads. ugh. So, back to the old swing of things. Let's hope that I'm not too rusty. Maybe actually being on geocities more will force me to actually add content to my page. *gasp* Anyhow, I went to the Renassiance(sp?) Festival yesterday with a group of friends. TOOMA was among them. Great fun. *smile* Surprisingly enough, I left the festival without spending any money except what I payed to get in. This was quite a feat considering there were lots of pretty baubles to be had. On the way home I fell asleep on TOOMA's shoulder. I was so tired... I haven't slept much since I've been doing so much tech work for the dance recitals and such. I was going to sleep in today, but TOOMA said he was going to call early on so I got up. *shrug* Today I have another dance recital to do tech work for. It's for Conyers Ballet. I show up at 6:30pm to hang lights and such. Tomorrow is the actual rehersal and then Wednesday is the preformance. Thinking about it exhausts me. OH! Speaking of tech work... Syncrinicity(sp?), a theatre company in Atlanta, has asked me to help with their strike so that they could get to know me and so that I can get to know their theatre space. I'm SO excited!! How wonderful is that?! Of course, I have to get over the obstacale(sp?) of not having a car to get me there. But, surely I can pawn a ride from someone. Christine offered, and I'm sure that I can convince mama. Possibly. I wish I had the money to get a car. *sigh* I almost wish that my parents had invested in that rather than a computer for me. Because, well, I have enough money to buy a computer. Those new imacs are only $800 at Circut City. I have more than that in my bank acount now (thanks to the theatre jobs Mr. Smith lined up for me). Oh well. I say this now, as I'm typing on my own computer. If I didn't have it, though, I would be whining about not having a computer rather than a car.
