Award for a Wicked Site
Requirements: (including those on main awards page)
~ This award is reserved for those sites dedicated to evil, mean, weird or criminal characters in anime
~ The site must have good information, WITH PROOF THE CHARACTER IS BAD. You can't just decide the character is a bad guy, without any evidence
~ Pictures...and lots of them
~ An easy to read and CREATIVE layout...fits your character's personality
~ Links to other sites, at least ten or fifteen
~ Games, polls, trivia, fanfics, fanart, etc. are always a plus for any kind of shrine, but I won't require them
