Requirements: (including those on main awards page)
~ Good, neat, and creative layout about any anime(s) or characters
~ Almost no broken links
~ A fair amount of content, including show bios or anything of that sort
~ Music, or maybe mini movies would be nice, but I am not requiring it
~ Great pics, and original ones at that...NO STEALING
~ A large links page, fifteen or more links
~ No bashing characters or other sites
