| What defines American luxury? To answer this question we look no further than Ford's Crown Victoria. A vehicle that embodies classic luxury traits such as V8 power, full-size comfort and space, a quiet and relaxing ride, and of course, rear-wheel drive. Over the years these traits have enabled the Crown Vic to satisfy even the most demanding consumers, including law enforcement officials nationwide. Although the Crown Victoria name has been around for over half a century, this site is devoted to the years spanning from 1979 to present.
