| "Thinking, working, and expecting the best" |
| Any student who has not attained the age of 16 years prior to or on January 1 of the current year. |
| Winners at the Club level receive a medallion and then go on to compete in the Zone contest. Zone winners receive a plaque and advance to the District level. The District winner will receive a scholarship of $1,500. Second and third place winners also receive a scholarship in the amount of $1,000 and $500 respectively. |
