PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Campers MUST bring own bed linens and bath linens.
2. The Crossroads Campground does not have a resident cook. Each group must make it's own arrangements for such services.
3. A deposit is required and non-refundable unless managers are notified a min. of 15 days prior to event being cancelled.
4. Each group is required to clean buildings used. An inspection will be made by the managers of the campground. Each group is required to dispose of their trash into the trash house. Cleaning materials and trash bags will be provided by the campground.
5. The Manager of the Camp and the Event Director will make an inspection of the Camp together BEFORE the Group leaves the grounds.
6. There will be a 1 1/2% service fee assessed for all invoices past 30 days.
7. The group renting the facilities will be held responsible for all damages occured during their use.
