Bushmaster A4 AR-10 .308

Bushmaster’s version of the seminal
AR-10, predecessor to the now ubiquitous AR-15. Chambered in
7.62 x 51 mm NATO (.308 Winchester), it has a 20 inch heavy barrel, military
spec 1913 rail flattop, Yankee Hill Machine front and rear flip sights, Phantom
flash suppressor, and ACE skeleton stock.
Nearly identical to the AR-15, both externally and internally, it also
utilizes the same type of direct-impingement gas system and is therefore non-adjustable. Unlike the AR-15, the bolt release is
ambidextrous, located forward of the trigger guard, and it is also designed to
use standard 20 round FAL magazines rather than something proprietary. The fold-down iron sights are zeroed to 300
meters, and it generally carries a Burris FullField
TAC30 scope, 3-9x40mm, also zeroed to 300 meters.
