Thanks so much for joining our team for our 1st group NSD event! It is so much fun to have lots of customers and consultants working together to make this day better. As this is our 1st large joint event I look forward to helping you all make it a success by working together with you and your customers. Below you will find a list of jobs and assignments that I have designated to try to make this event run as smooth as possible. Please read it carefully and let me if you have any questions.
I plan for us to discuss any furthur details at our April Unit Meeting or by phone.
Everyone:
1. Set up on Friday May 13th bring all supplies and customer items that day. Set up time ? (determined by chuch hours?) My cell number 859-468-4316 give me a call to make sure we are still there if you are running late.
2. Arrive by 8:30 am on Saturday morning to greet our customers and be ready to roll.
3. Bring albums for our display table make sure albums have all CM stuffyou will want good examples and ideas for customers
4. Have event schedule ready and available for your customers, we can make these from 1 copy or each copy our own with workshop dates to follow at bottom.
5. Bring a snack everyone is to bring either a salty or sweet snack, let the snack person know so we don't have to much of the same!
6. Bring a drink everyone is to bring a 2 liter or bottled water, make sure snack person knows what you are bringing.

Six of us, each will do a speicalized tool time during the day to show an idea with a newer tool or idea using tools, called " tool time" these will coordinate with the theme Engergize, Organize, Personalize. With these you will be doing a 5 min presentation during the day. Please keep it to under five mins. Just pick a few of the tips to showcase and have examples of things to see. Remember the idea is to sell your products and how many ways they will want to use these tools to work on their album. ENERGIZE-Shelli B, Kelli ORGANIZE- Diane, Sandy PERSONALIZE- Jean, Lesley

BREAKDOWN OF FEE

For every person
you have coming you will contribute $5.00 for food

For every paid
person you have coming you will contribute $2.00 to pay the janitor fee's to
the church. If we do not hit 40 that's
o.k. it will just be a flat $2.00 per person.
If we go over 40 we will still all put in $2.00 and any left over will
be used to cover any unpaid expenses.

The$ 3.00 you will pay cm for all the gifts and idea

You
do not need the Promotion kit
We will all wear apron's with our gifts to hand out during
the day and use the invites to print our agenda

For every paid
person you have coming you will contribute $3.00 for the Prizes. We will use $100 in prizes and $20 for
printing and extra's i.e. table cover's

The $17 crop fee
is yours for your time and effort that day and leading up to that day in
preparations. If you want to give the
product gift certificate for paying early and guests registrtion I would
definatley award these the day of the crop, a fun extra reward people can see
who registered early to motivate those for the next time! The $5 savings will
come out of that crop fee you are to get., which really isn't $5 your cost!

Please ask if
you have any questions. Let's work hard
to REACH 40 PEOPLE! Over that will be a blessing but everything
is based on at least 40 so get inviting and let me know your numbers every once
in awhile. So I can know we reached 40 prepaid people. You can also invite
people like it is an open house to stop by, shop and see everyone working. Make sure to offer this day to everyone and
anyone, the person you miss may be the
one who want's to come the most. If you invite someone and they can not do the
crop that day ask them to stop by and see what is going on and let them know
you have a gift for them if they do.
Have congrats kits on hand. The
more customer you have just experience it the more you will have the
following year.

time, one for bringing a new friend, one for spending their first $50 that day

attends receives the idea sheet.

Receive a gift in
each category (energize, personalize and organize) after completing three items
on the list

Receive the
second gift in each category (energize, personalize and organize) after they
visit the idea center which will have displays and someone there to teach new
"tool time" to the customers will give them a ticket
Raffle Prizes
Product Sales:
Anyone who does not have
inventory no problem. Anyone who does
have inventory and customers coming can bring product and set up a table for
display. All customers will be able to
shop at any table, if we agree on this area!.
We will explain to them that they will purchase through their consultant
during NSD coordinating each consultant by color. If you do not have and item and can get it
from another consultant you will be responsible to keep a Reciept with the
consultant's name on it at your check out so at the end of the day you can
settle up by writing a check or paying cash for the products exchanged.. For example a new tool they see that day and
wish to have for the future. If you do
not have the product and they want it that day or need it that day you can get
it from another consultant.
**** With so many of us
working together on NSD! It is going to be easier for everyone if at the end of
the day your customer bought something from another consultant you pay her
the consultant cost plus tax. That way no one is out product and is waiting on
others to order for them. -- ** If you do not carry inventory my idea and I
am doing this with my customers too is to speak with them and ask them to shop
ahead of time and let you know what they will need you still have time to place
an order before NSD. Get what you know they will need and want. Then encourage
them to look at other products that day and if they need something get it from
any consultant but if they can wait and just place the order with you let them
know that is an option too.
EACH CONSULTANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO HELP
CLEAN UP THEIR AREA AND THE FOOD AREA AT THE END OF THE DAY. WE WILL ALSO HAVE A SHORT MEETING TO SETTLE MONEY THAT DAY
AND COVER COSTS OF ALL ITEMS AND PRODUCTS EXCHANGED! I HAVE FOUND IT EASIER TO DO IT THAT DAY
